Second conditional (условные предложения 2 типа) Относится к настоящему и будущему. Гипотетические и воображаемые ситуации. «Если бы, да кабы»
Meaning.Condition + Result.Example
Unreal situation. Dreams & wishes Advice.If + Past Simple, would/could/might +V.If I had a dog, I would be the happiest boy. If I were you, I would join a sport class.

Third conditional (условные предложения 3 типа) Используется для описания нереальной ситуации в прошлом. То, что уже нельзя изменить.
