Although it can bring an awesome colour to most dishes, some people hate the taste of it. Even the texture can be repulsive. «When I eat something I really dislike it sends shivers down my spine!»

Gorgonzola - Горгондзола
Italian blue cheese, made from unskimmed cow's milk. It can be buttery or firm, crumbly (рассыпчатый) and quite salty, with a "bite" from its blue veining (с прожилками)

Balut from Philippines
It is a developing egg embryo that is boiled and eaten from the shell. It is commonly sold as street food in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries.

That’s probably the most exotic food in Thailand. Scorpions on a stick look quite scary but it’s surprisingly tasty! If you wonder what do scorpions taste like, just think about the crispy french fries. The taste is very similar but much healthier.

Frog legs are rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A. They are often said to taste like chicken.

Bat Soup –Thailand
Thai chefs cook the vampire bat (or the fruit bat) at low heat and season with herbs and spices. Often they add garlic, onions, chili pepper or beer to help reduce the smell.

Panopes du pacifique
